Does Gem-Knight Citrine blocks the activation of effects that aren't optional? During the game, Citrine attacked my Sangan and Sangan's effect didn't activate after being sent from the field to the Graveyard. Can someone tell me if this is the way its supposed to be or if the game is wrong? When using gungir the game forces me to discard 2 cards but the effect says up to 2 cards.
